Summer Leagues start THIS Wednesday
I have seriously enjoyed every minute of my time here in Japan. The golf was amazing and everything about this trip was second to none.
This reason I'm posting is to remind everyone that this Wednesday is the start of the SUMMER LEAGUE. Same format where we take the best 8 out of 10 weeks.
My trophy guy was on vacation so I won't have trophies ready this week but hopefully by week 2.

Final night of the Spring Season
It has been a long but fun journey for the past 10 weeks and it all culminates tonight. We will play regardless of conditions. There is less than a 50% chance of rain so that means it could miss us entirely like it did last week. People got dumped on all over the area but there wasn't a single rain drop at Valley View last week so come on out and get your double points! Meeting afterward at BW3's to tally all of the scores and give away a portable basket! Summer league will start 2 wee ... more

Summer league will start 2 weeks from tonight on June 16th!
PS - Updated scores will be posted here soon if they aren't up already!

Week 8 - 2 Disc Night!
I wanted to write and remind everyone that it is 2 DISC NIGHT again on Wednesday, May 19th. You pick'em and you play'em.
What's nice is this round usually moves a little quicker because people have less choices to make. Looking forward to seeing everyone out there!
Again, big props to Dustin for getting the scores posted for us.

Scores have been posted. The winners of advanced am, and amateur need to have a playoff over the last point in each of those divisions.

Week 6 - Bring Your Minis!
Scores, scores, scores! I know everyone wants to see them and they will be posted on Wednesday morning at some point. I just spent the past hour getting them onto the spreadsheet but it will take another hour or so to get them on here.
So ... they will be up and they will not disappoint. Unless you shot poorly during the DOUBLE POINTS night last week.
Looking forward to beautiful weather for this week's league night. Bring your minis with you!

Week 5 - Double Points Night
After a very long and wet weekend up in Stevens Point, I have the week 4 stats posted (2 disc night for those that don't recall). As always, some people shot better when they limited their disc selection. This night is about adding a different challenge to your game but also teaching you how eliminating some of those discs in your bag might be a good thing! Bring your A+ game this week because it is DOUBLE POINTS NIGHT! This is a huge night if you are looking to make a move up. Then again ... more

Bring your A+ game this week because it is DOUBLE POINTS NIGHT! This is a huge night if you are looking to make a move up. Then again, poor shooting might have you making a major move down in the standings as well.
Looking forward to great people and great weather on Wed so we'll see you at Valley View!

Week 4 - TWO Disc Night
Scores were posted on Friday night. It is taking a little longer this year with over 70 participants versus the 45 or so I was previously used to. I don't mind the extra work because it is awesome seeing more people come out to enjoy the league.
This week is highly anticipated because it is 2 DISC NIGHT. That's right, you only get to bring out 2 discs to play with so make sure they are good ones.
Looking forward to medium winds, sunny skies, and temps around 50 degrees. You can't beat that! See you on Wednesday, 4/21!

The sun is out and it looks like beautiful weather for some hot disc golf action later today. I am hoping to be to the course by about 3 or a little after.
Feel fee to come get paid and checked in once you see me there. If you have a mini, bring it.
Oh yeah - bring your A-Game while you're at it! Gear up for some beer and BW3s after the round too!

Rain or Shine
I just wanted everyone to know that we will play in almost ANY weather that comes our way for league night.
Anything that is not lightning is considered playable. We don't do make up weeks for rainy nights. 10 weeks and we take your best 8.
You should also know that plenty of people still come out and play in the rain. It will make you a more well-rounded golfer and you will pick up a few points for the league!
See you on Wednesday!

I really can't say much else right now besides, "WOW". We had a huge turnout for our first week of league and that is a great sign of what is to come.
Things will move along faster this week so be sure to come back for more action.
This was a ton of work to get all of the people and data entry completed so I'm sure there is an edit or two that will need to happen. Just let me know and I'll attempt to fix it as soon as possible.
Looking forward to having everyone out for week #2 of Wednesday Weeklies!
