Joe Olson 69 - Gold Championship, Regular tees, 18 holes "First time playing. With D-roc, Justin and Billy. Obviously no ropes. Pretty sure I would have been ob on 3. #6 Internet said basket was in sand. It wasn't so we played into sand and added 1 stroke. However I hit the pan on short basket on drive. Hole 8 played tree line on left ob. I was probably ob if ropes were in. #11 Played tree line on left ob. Once again I think I would have fell just short of ropes. We got confused here. One online resource said hole was over 1209 feet other was about 700. We played 700. Skipped next hole due to thought of redesign and another hole would be added later. We didn't find it, if it was(took a 5 for this missed hole). Pimped hole 13. No o.b.'s. 3 Parking lot skips. However missed 35 foot putt for the 4. Wicked fun, but difficult to navigate. We used two smart phones to figure it out, but one died between. 13 And 14. It took a while to exit park/university due to person feeding ducks and geese from their car on side if road, I ended up getting out and chasing ducks and geese off road so we could leave."Thursday, June 7, 2012
