Yes, there was another design to the Louisville course before. From what i could see on the course map I found on the PDGA website, hole 4 used to be hole 8, hole 1, 2, and 4 aren't even there anymore now, they were moved. I used to play this course everyday before work at Ohio Transformer. So yes, I knew that course extremely well. So looking at this from the perspective of someone travelling through, they would have been as lost as I was, and trying to guess what went where. As for Ma ... more

As for Massillon, I have no idea about the tee signs there. Up until this year, I have been out of the loop for almost 3 years. But now that I know a little bit more, I can possibly do something about helping get things finished. I'm playing in Massillon this evening, and I'll make notes on things that need done, and start working on them and looking into who I need to contact at the parks dept. and try to get peoples butts in gear.

Mikey and I were there for about 20 minutes trying to figure it out, and finally gave up and left. What was wrong with the original design?????????

Well, not to sound disrespectful, but the course is in horrible shape. hardly any tee signs, so we couldn't figure out what hole was what, had no idea where the basket was for 7, found hole 6 and 8, but i found this course redesign to really SUCK ! sorry, but the layout is just horrible and makes no sense and has no flow. Whoever did it, i'm sorry but that is just my opinion, and have no intentions of going there again. Was a HUGE waste of gas to drive out there.
