White's Acres

As it was first explained to me, White's Acres is like the Wonka Factory for disc golfers.....It held up to that description. This is an invite only course so the rules are well known and respect is given at the highest level (playing Private Property, duh!), but that is the least of anyone's concerns. This is an invite only course so the rules are well known and respect is given at the highest level (playing Private Property, duh!), but that is the least of anyone's concerns. My first excursion to White's Acres was a blast. Unique lay outs, funky mando's and a course without casuals is always a plus in my book. Natural tees for the most part on this criss-crossing 9 hole course. No signs, no markers really at all, but course regulars will help guide the way if Todd isn't in your group. It's hard for me to rate this course because it doesn't fit into the standard disc golf course mold. Only thing really missing is concrete pads, but that's just being picky. Well maintained, clean and tucked away in the woods off the main road, doesn't get too much better. There are other pins placed around the course, but no baskets setup which means this course can be played with multiple configurations at any given time. I hope to return soon, great times had by all!
