Got the brush hog out today and finished mowing Wheatland DGC!,
She's still a little rough around her edges but she'll be looking good soon!

Steve Moore   May 25, 2015 at 10:39pm

well done as usual, thanks

Matthew Bressler   May 26, 2015 at 1:00pm

As I finished hole 17 I could hear you chewing through all the ground cover. Good work Mike. Love that dang course!

Mike Wilson    May 23, 2015 at 6:22am

With Lloyds help we got weed eating done around all the baskets, walkout signs, and around the teepad areas & even around a few trees that are near the baskets.

Brush hog mower should be fixed and I can use it Monday.

Got holes 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, & 18 mowed. Also mowed around 5's basket and 16's fairway.
2-7 is rough and with the brush hog attachment currently broke it will take me a little longer to get those holes mowed down but it will happen.

Nice job as usual Mike and your hours much appreciated. It will make it so much more presentable for Saturdays High School event. Keep it help and get yourself some able body assistants, it's a high maintenance course

I'm very pleased with the progress of this course. Mike and others have done an amazing job thus far and I expect in two to three more years of regular maintainace this course will not have an equal within 30 miles.

The top, chains, and basket were stolen from hole 1 at Wheatland DGC on 4/28/15. The nuts have been removed from all of the other baskets on the course. Someone is planning to try and steal the rest. Please keep a look out for blue Bentley baskets.

Chris Herber has them and I think they were left at Champoeg is what he told me. He said if anyone asked for them to let him know!

Nick Nisbet   May 22, 2015 at 9:27pm

Nick Nisbet   May 22, 2015 at 9:35pm

Carly Rae    April 13, 2015 at 7:15am

I played here today for the second time and have a love hate for the course. I enjoyed my time again today but wasn't able to finish the round this time because I recently had knee suegery. One thing that would make the course even better is benches. It would have really helped me out. I will come back and hope to decrease my score here everytime. Thanks for all the work you do on the course.

Mike Wilson   April 12, 2015 at 11:38pm

Benches are in the works, possibly.

trent hughes   April 13, 2015 at 2:19am

I agree, benches would be good for that course.
