I know the course is old but that doesn't prevent upgrades like concrete teepads. Aside from that there were a lot of short holes and I found the course to be no challenge at all except for getting around and not getting carried away by gnats and mosquito's. Add concrete tees and it's a C course

If it had tee pads, it would be an A+

Nice ChainStar baskets, but the natural tee boxes are lame. Nice and short with lots of birdies, very few driver holes.

One of my favorite courses. I would have loved to have seen this course 20 years ago when the stairways were in good condition, bridges weren't destroyed, etc. Only thing missing on this course is some real tee pads.

Diffenately more challenging when the leaves are on the trees and the hills seem bigger when its hot out. LOL

I don't recommend winter play here to many sledders and steep terrain to get up and down.
