This might be the most varied and challenging course in the Houston area. It is certainly one of the longest. Good mix of relatively open distance holes and tight, technical holes in the trees. Expect to make a wide range of shots: high, low, hyzer, anhyzer, etc. The course designers also made good use of a small pond that serves as a water hazard for multiple holes--including the fantastic 18th. The only knock on Bass is that it is mowed too infrequently. In my view, though, a bit of shin-high grass is a small price to pay to play such an interesting and well thought-out course.

Hands down best course in south Houston area, drive pads are wooden box with turf surface on top, fairways are clear and cut regularly, baskets are newer and are high quality. 18 holes with alternate drive boxes on some holes (A/B listed on map). Clean and nice park. 10/10 for a home course.

Decent course. Long with a few wooded holes. Not very imaginative though. Pretty much every basket is straight in front of the tee. Tee pads are old wood and not attached to the ground very well on several. They have turf on the tee boxs, but about half of them are pretty ripped up.
