Are all holes par 3?

Jacob Belmas   August 13, 2015 at 6:42am

Yes

Nick Lopez   August 13, 2015 at 9:53am

During tournament play, holes 6, A, F, I and18 are par 4. 6 in left and 18 in long. That's how you should play it, I think.

Dustin Hanson    June 19, 2015 at 6:48pm

how long does the average round take here when playing 18?

Mikey D   June 19, 2015 at 11:02am

plan on 2-3+ hours to play.

Jory Reid   June 19, 2015 at 11:05am

it depends on a lot of things. How many in your group? How busy is the course? Can you keep it in the fairway and find your discs quickly? I have played 18 holes in about an hour and a half before and I have played 18 holes in 4 hours. If you have good spotters, it will be a good pace.

Nick Lopez   June 19, 2015 at 11:14am

Yeah, there are a lot of variables but if you only throw one disc per hole and keep a normal pace you can still count on at least 4 hours total with drive/hike time.

has anyone heard when the course will open? was reading comments from past seasons, and it looks like Mid June is right around when the course has opened in the past. sound about right? do baskets go up earlier then when the lift starts running? I was normally hiking up last summer any way. Thanks Folks.

Do you mean logding so you can stay overnight?

Scott Brass   March 12, 2015 at 11:31am

If you are talking about discs... I believe it was a $15-20 for like 3 cheapies.

Eric Lundstedt    June 22, 2014 at 5:06am

Are all 27 holes playable or just the main 18?

Mikey D   June 21, 2014 at 9:32pm

Just the 18, the other nine will be put in later.

Eric Lundstedt   June 21, 2014 at 9:50pm

Cassidy Houdeshel   July 31, 2013 at 12:00pm

I left another... on 18 fairway, yellow de laveaga club stamped SW 175 w/ name and #. I don't loose me up there, misplace em, LOL!

Cassidy Houdeshel   July 31, 2013 at 12:08pm

Calling the #'s on the 5 I found yesterday...c'mon good karma! Except a clear/glow monster stamped disc, I'll turn that one into tourney lost and found.

Cassidy Houdeshel    July 5, 2013 at 1:07am

Would it be cool with Solitude, if next time I head up there I want to bring metal washers with A or B on them, and screw them into the hole signs at the tee-box? My only question is, would Blue be A and Orange be B? I could always do B and O, or blue and orange?

Before you do anything you have to get in touch with the mountain patrol, It would be consider vandalism if you were to alter any tee sighs.

Cassidy Houdeshel    May 23, 2013 at 10:19pm

Keep us posted when the snow melts and the baskets are in!

AREA..silly me

Cassidy Houdeshel   May 24, 2013 at 8:51pm

Though you mostly play down hill, it's still a four hour hike/round in the mountains. Worth every step!

Andrew Jackson   May 24, 2013 at 11:09pm

Outstanding!

Sterling Wright    October 6, 2012 at 6:47am

Usually they have the course up before the lift sometimes about a week or two before. My work colleague lives up there and is friends with the guys who set up the baskets. I'll ask him for info.

Hey Jake, looks like June 22 is opening day, not sure if they have them up before that though.
