Great course ,bonus scenery overlooking train tracks river and bayou , elevation change, multiple pin placements , 6 additional soon to be 7 holes , cement pads, island hole water hazards on part of front nine , & the Home of many great players...Established in 1982 !!! In Memory of #7006

I absolutely love this course. Long driving ranges, beautiful scenery and everyone I've come across has been super friendly. Hole three gets a little stressful because of the 4 foot deep creek, but soon after opens up. Holes vary from obstacle trees to open fields, concrete tee pads, elevation changes almost every tee off, they park district even changes up basket placement every other week or so and the entire park is absolutely gorgeous overlooking the river and train-tracks. Didn’t care for it much.... hard to locate pins they keep changing them around so, “out of towners” , like myself have no clue. It’s like walking into the market, and walking back out with your car remote in your hand trying to remember where you parked ! But with alll that said, it’s a fine place to throw that’s close to home.
