Lakes, avg length 400ft, easy to navigate, good obstacles, and fine launch sites. Very good location. One of the best locations near Shenandoah National Park.

My first game of disc golf was played here. Lots of good memories haven't played in years. Nice tee boxes and a nice variety of holes. Very good course to learn on.

I happily drive 30 minutes to play Sherando instead of my closer home course. Its a pleasent mix of wooded and open, doglegs and straight shots. No real interference with other park traffic. Good signs, easy to navigate.

Nice and open, but could really use some more trees, elevation changes, etc.

Seeing teepads on every hole was great. I didnt have too much trouble finding the next tee or basket, but I did have to turn around once or twice. A few interesting holes made it a fun round. Its a nice practice course thats for sure.
