This is actually a pretty cool set up. When the grass gets tall it can be more difficult but has good technical shots from start to finish. Its not for Pros but fits a majority of all other skilled players. Birdies try's are abundant.

Nice quick course to play...benches, garbage cans...cement pads...super tight on a few holes

Very nice course, well cared for and fun to play. If you have the time on your Flip trip, it is well worth checking out.

Short but technical course very cool. First round since tee pads put on all holes.

first 2 holes are deceiving and it gets tough. Some shots off the tee have no lane. Short holes but most are very narrow. Hole 18 is fun to let a bomb go, wide open downhill. Would reccomend playing if youre in the Flip area

9 MORE NEWLY ADDED WHOLES!!!!!
These are VERY technical and requires tight lines and thoughtful routes. This has made achieving an even score much more difficult. Also one of the coolest tunnel shots out there in the area.

Nice layout for what they had to work with. Amazing Disc catcher baskets.Watch out for some on coming discs. There is Talk about a new 9 in the woods next year.. Could use pads. Lots of Duece holes.

Nice layout for a small area... Some direction on the posts as to where the basket is, would be helpful... hole 9 tee area could be moved to the left for more level footing...
