This is not necessarily a review but to address some of the issues that have been raised. For those that haven't visited in a while. All traditional 18 holes have 5'x10' cement tee-pads. The new 9 have patio stones, so all 27 have tee-pads. All traditional holes have 2 pin placements, several have 3. New tee signage project is well under way. All sings should be installed by Aug 15. Additional signage to help with flow is well underway as well. Washrooms on both East and West side of St. Julien ...

This course is amazing open on the front 9 with lots of long grass o.b. Just to keep it interesting. Elevated basket. Multiple pin positions for all 18 holes. The back 9 is more in the woods requiring you to keep a tight line. Well maintained. The back back 9 is a little tight and wooded but also offers more variety from the regular 18. The course was just improved with all new equipment of 27 dynamic disc veteran baskets. With tee signs and other upgrades to come in the next up coming months. This course offers all shots and should be on every disc golfers must play list when in Ontario!

This has been my home course since 2008. Every year things just keep getting better. Major improvements are happening every year. We now are at 27 holes all with brand new Dynamic Discs Veteran Baskets. New tee signs are coming soin. This is becoming one of the great championship courses in Ontario. A must play for anyone passing through the area.

Tee signs just need replaced. Fairways well maintained. Baskets in good condition. More garbage and recycling cans would be beneficial as well. Some great challenging holes, righty, lefty, roller, straight, and dog legs.

Pretty good course. The front nine is all on a wide open area, a little confusing the first time. Tall grass is bad in some areas, potential for lots of lost discs. The old back nine starts with two long fairways, the second of which runs right next to the Thames river. Lots of discs get lost there, but the risk isn't too great. The course then enters into the trees, which offers some nice tricky shots. Long and short tees are there for each hole, most with a concrete tee pad. The new back 9 is ...

Probably my favourite course in Southern Ontario. Excellent variety of holes, including a fairly open front 9, a more wooded and technical back 9, and a super-challenging (read: frustrating) "back back" 9. Very active and passionate local community that keep the course in great shape. Can't say enough good things about this place.

River’s Edge has the perfect balance of open fairways and wooded holes. It is a challenging course to test the most seasoned pro. With some narrow fairways marked with painted lines, low ceilings for more controlled approaches, water hazards ( The Thames River ) on hole 11 and 19 which some locals have begrudgingly called the “ donator holes “. The basket placements ( most holes have 3 pins locations that change monthly by excellent club members )have been well thought out and designed bal ...

Beautiful changes made to make this course more challenging. I used to always come in at around 5-8 under par on the regular tees here. Hadn't played in about 4 years and this was a welcome surprise!!!

This course is fantastic. The rating is too low. Lots of upgrades in the last few years and more coming. I can't say enough good things about it!

Nice course a bit hard to find way around as there was not much signage in place but know now how it flows.

Fun course to play with lots of variation. The Long grass in the front 9 can swallow any disc never to be seen again. The area of the course is a little sketchy, but not much can be done about that. The Old back 9 is wonderfully fun, while the New back 9 is crowded brush and confusing.

Just completed 18. Lots of work has been done. Lots of stuff cleaned up. There is a new 9 hole in the far back that is a bit confusing. Course has it's challenges. They change up the pin placement monthly to make it more interesting and able to play more frequently without getting bored.

This is a super nice course. The designers did a lot to make the holes interesting on what is some fairly uninteresting land. There are a few on the front nine that are boring and wide open, but also a few holes on the back nine in the woods that are brilliant.

This course could be a beauty for the most part. The front 9, which is primarily open, uses long fescue grass as its defence. If you make the long grass OB, then 20 ft wide fairways on holes 5 and 9, in my opinion, is too narrow a fairway. Front nine has great potential, since this property is ideal for disc golf. The back nine is where this course shines with its technical holes and two river's edge holes. The exception is hole 18, a par three with no line to the basket. This course also ...
