Things to bring for work day, if you have them.
Water. NO ALCOHOL PLEASE!! With the police running around out there we don’t need that kind of trouble.
Weed eater, or something the knock down weeds. Please no weed killers or chemicals of that nature.
Shovel
Rake
Gloves
Truck for hauling dirt, wood chips, trash, or brush. We will have a skid steer to load trucks.
Whatever you think you can use to get the job done.

Just moveing this back to the top. Dont forget next Saturday 26 May.
We are going to have 2 course clean up days on 26 May, and 2 June in preparation for the 2012 Riverpark Open on June 9th and 10th. Come on out and lend a hand. We need all the help we can get. We are going to take care of the weeds, fix tee pads and just clean up in general. Bring whatever tools you may have. If you have a truck to haul Chips, and dirt bring it too. Well said Rick! There are apparently people "partying" at 14 tee pad, if you see them make note of who they are, what they look like etc. and let Rick, Kent or Myself know and we will talk to them. If we don't curb this activity the course will get shut down by the city. I hope that anyone who reads this will take it to heart and help us with this problem. Also let people know that if they must have bottles to please take them out with them when they leave.

The work day aren’t for a while, but if you have a weed eater or something to cut weeds feel free to go on out and get er done. Hole one mounds are getting pretty tall already. The mounds on the way to long 18 need some work too. Well you know where to go. Please don’t do any clearing on holes 12 thru 14 though. That is a sensitive area, as I have said for several years. Just got this from Riverdale City miniutes ago. thought I would pass it along. Get the word out to thouse who dont get on the scene. "FYI the animal control officers is under a no tolerance police at this time. Any dog off leash will be cited. There will also be increased patrol for alcohol and drugs. This is at all parks, not just the disc golf. If you could pass that along".

just bringin this back to the top a few times. Here we go again. I just got a call from the city. They are getting a lot of complaints about people smoking on the course. Once again it is illegal to smoke on all Riverdale public properties. That includes the course and the trail. The police are going to start writing citations soon if they keep getting complaints. This is hot and relates to all forms of smoking !! Pass the word to those that don’t get on the scene. If you see someone smoking, please educate them.

I don't smoke let alone ger a chance to play,butt,it couldn't hurt to maybe go behind a tree or something.
Ive missed playing with u all. To see this topic come up again hurts me as well as all the otjer players because the city could take all of this away from all of us. I hear u rick !

It was a Scout project that they did last Saturday. He printed it on banner material then caulked them and sealed it in. I believe his Name was Nelson. Very Cool Group of Boy Scouts out doing great things for the community.

Got alot done today. Thanks to all that came out. Too bad it started to rain. One more work day like that and we will be golden. Still if you wnt to go out and weedeat whenever you have time its fine. The mounds on holes 1,3, 4, 17, 18 need to he done still. Again thanks!!!!!!!!!!
