When OB is in play this course can be very difficult and fun. Throughout the winter the grass is short and therefore no OB. Be prepared to walk between some holes as the creator must of had issues while laying out course. ALL OPEN for the most part in winter, over summer still open everywhere but grass is allowed to grow thigh high for OB
