North Midway Park

It's a great course for beginners which I am one. I played the first four holes out against a brisk wind and made the turn on hole 5 turning back with the wind.

Big fan of this course because of how short it is and how nice the park is kept! It makes for a nice warm up round for the 18 hole course (Interlocken), down the road...

If you play from the "alternate tees" which are spray painted on the pavement, this course is actually pretty solid. It's definitely a good idea to play this course first with someone who knows the layout, otherwise, it might be a bit tough to follow. A good mix of long and short shots, and RHBH vs. flick shots. Baskets are in good shape too. Watch for pedestrians, avoid the apartment parking lot, and have fun.

I have only played this course once. The layout seemed pretty cool considering the limited space that is available to make the course. I guess my only complaint would be that its easy to miss the spray paint on the sidewalk that marks the tee pads. we walked back and forth a few times tying to locate each pad. If someone would draw up a map, i would definitely play this one more often and most likely give it a higher score.
