This course plays harder than it first appears Pros - It's free - The holes are fairly open (not too many trees to avoid), but plays very narrow. - The baskets are surrounded by mulch which is real nice. Allows you to lay up a nice mid-range approach shot without worrying too much about the disc skidding or rolling off - The course is clean and seems well maintained. - The course doesn't seem like it gets very crowded and it's real close to Worcester. - Great views from a few holes near ...

Pretty cool course. Very challenging small windows on the drives. Good use of elevation, the uphills are tough!

Decent enough course, but not much variety. Lots of slopes that run the entire length of the hole. Only a handful of holes have a green that is level. Also, broken glass everywhere!

While I have personal reasons for not liking this course so much, Newton hill is a pretty good challenge and quite well maintained. As the name indicates, this course is on a hill, and you'll be going up and down quite a bit of elevation change. I find that you'll want some decent sneakers or hiking shoes as some portions of the hill are loose dirt/gravel that you can lose your footing on fairly easily. Putting is a challenge on some holes as the basket is on a steep portion of the hill.

A wooded course which plays up and down a hill in a public park in Worcester. Newton Hill is the "other half" of Elm Park, and until the disc golf course was installed in 2009, few people even knew it existed. The course was designed by Jason Southwick, of Marshall Street Disc Golf and the designer of Pyramids. Fairways are wide for a wooded course. There are several holes with a variety of risk/reward options; hole #6 springs to mind immediately, a right sweeping dogleg which gives you a ...

One of the nicest NEW courses I've seen. From the start to now, it seems to get a little better every week.

A good course to make yourself better. Course has really come a long way in a year. Still not a favorite of mine because I would like a wide open hole or two to stretch it out but definitely a course I need to play more often.
