Short Tee Pads. Tight course, big guns won't like it.

Nice 20 hole course with lots of OB. Water comes into play on three holes. Only five holes are open. The other 15 are shorter, technical shots. Pros/Advanced players usually shoot -5 to -10 regularly. No benches. There are garbage cans by many of the tee boxes. Nice concrete tee boxes on each hole, but one of them is under water when it rains. Hole 20 has an elevated basket about 3 feet higher than normal.

Nice layout, some open longer holes, some very technical shorter holes, water and OB's. Would get a higher score from me if tee boxes were better.
