The course is mostly wide open except for a few holes towards the back of the park. Medium to long holes with a constant wind towards the evenings. The mornings are the best to play. Amenities are present throughout the park which is a flood plain/wetlands. The first 8 holes play in the front and the rest in the back. The grass can get high at times but nothing that will get discs lost. I recommend the course if your on the central coast.

This course gets very windy and there's very little shade on it. It's also very spread out around a very large park (must be at least a two or three mile walk) and navigation is difficult even with the map.

Great course, but very dry and knee high grass. They were mowing. Wind was blowing 10 and up all day. Liked back 9 layout way better then front. Better signs would be nice. Couple of times just picked best worn path throught the grass to find next tee" work for us". Some really nice baskets placements. SLOthowers doing a nice job upgrading this coure

Unfortunate how dry this course is these days. Mostly open but some challenging holes and variations with regards to distances. Pretty fun course, can be very windy at times.

I liked this course except for the dificulty at times finding the next tee pad or basket. I needed help finding Hole 5, Hole 9, Hole 11, and I never would have found Hole 17 if some guy hadn't told me where to go. At times, it was hard seeing the baskets because there was no color on them and they kind of blended into the background. But, after knowing where all the holes are, I thought it was a fun course and several locals helped me along the way letting me know where the next hole was, etc. ...

I lived near to this course and played it several times, really enjoyed playing this course. There are several problems though, there is really no easy way to navigate hole to hole due to poor mapping. The front nine are out in the open for the most part, and very windy. There are a few holes towards the end of the front that are fun, but again confusing where to go. The county needs better mapping. The back nine on the course is incredibly fun and pretty challenging. You go into the woods and t ...
