Mike Fortunato September 28, 2011 at 6:56pm
When he said "picnic south", he meant holes 9-16.

Is the picnic course up!?!?! If so is it all the holes?
Mike "Papa Par" Even September 28, 2011 at 4:25pm
I didn't see anything yesterday, did they just get added?
Scott White September 28, 2011 at 3:46pm
So I take it the picnic south is back! I'll try to get out there Thursday before glow to throw a quickie..

Sweeeeeet. My bad, I thought the tourney was on a Saturday. I stand corrected.
Scott White September 20, 2011 at 8:51am
Union Strikes is on the 16th. http://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/Union_Strikes_2011
Matt "The Spider" Swider September 20, 2011 at 8:40am
The other problem is that the 12th is my sisters' birthday, my dad's is th 15th, and I'm the 23rd. Union on my dad's b-day? Don't know how much he'll like that. Ahhhh screw him. What's more important? Turning 55 or playing discgolf?
Scott White September 20, 2011 at 8:32am
Matt, I'm sure Local 101 would make it worth your while to be a water grabber.. :) We would also encourage donations from players. I will try to get out there Friday 10/14 early but too early to tell when. We always need to tweak a few tee locations since they seem to change every year when the course first goes in.
Matt "The Spider" Swider September 20, 2011 at 8:27am
For a chance to kick your ass in a rivalry? I'll be there if I don't sleep in. I also can't decide to play in the tournament or spend all day in the water spotting like I did for LOCO.
Mike "Papa Par" Even September 20, 2011 at 8:21am
Good, I can warm up on the OG and then tear into some Picnic ;) You joining me?
Matt "The Spider" Swider September 20, 2011 at 8:18am
Just so you know Mike, they don't usually put in or take down the baskets till 9am most times.
Mike "Papa Par" Even September 20, 2011 at 8:12am
I am taking 10/14 off already, so I'll be there when the park opens to bust the Picnic cheery ;) Anyone up for the christening?
Matt "The Spider" Swider September 20, 2011 at 7:38am
They say they'll yank the north side, but they may not. If they do, it will likely go back in the ground in mid November. Then north side is usually pulled in March, and south side might stay in as long as May. Never know.
Mike "Papa Par" Even September 20, 2011 at 7:32am
It's going in ground the morning of the 10/14 for the Tourney. Then they are yanking 1-8, 17 & 18 (North side I believe) after the Tourney (Following Monday). South Side is staying in-ground. I don't think we have had any other updates except the planned "Water Park" has been re-scheduled for next Spring

Any updates on the potential return of the Picnic course yet?
