Hopefully they will put all those other baskets to use in a new course somewhere else, and not let sit in a garage collecting dust.

PSA: New water park construction will begin in 2-4 weeks, so get those final Picnic Course rounds in, it won't be there much longer..

ha, yeah Chris, you are correct. Hole 6 on Chuck D. First throw with it. Seemed to have forgotten that brand new Preds are kind of overstable.
Chris Jackson December 20, 2011 at 10:17am
In the middle of the drink? That's a substantial area you're talking about there, Dave. Unless talking about hole 6 on Chuck D. . . .
Dave Milewski December 20, 2011 at 8:26am
Left a brand new blue unmarked Z Pred in the middle of the drink on hole 6. Reward for it's return. Thanks.

You might be able to get park-grade shovels for cheap at the Recycle Center on Industrial in A.A. They gave me a nice price when I told them I was putting them out at HM a few years ago (I bought four or five). This time of year, they have a big selection.

Oh, and thanks for the idea Nancy, I believe it was that round I played with you and Joe that got me thinking about a "broom fund" happy that it happened so quickly!
Scott White November 28, 2011 at 9:02am
We actually have put a lot of thought into shovels out on the course. The consensus is that is doesn't make financial sense to put one on every hole, since they would only be used a few times in the winter by just the die-hards that go out there to play. I think there is a reason no course (that I know of) has done shovels at every hole. If you are going to play in the snow, come prepared with a shovel for your group.
Additionally, the brooms will actually be nice for clearing the teepads of light snow, and the snow tracked on to the pads from boots.
