Pros: Intermediate course that would challenge beginners and provide minimal challenge for advanced players set in a neighborhood park. Holes are on the shorter side.
Baskets - 18 grippy baskets that are fairly new. And the hole number on the basket. Mach 5's.
Tees - 18 large concrete tees per hole. Holes 8 and 10 have an alternate dirt tee to avoid throwing over water.
Signs - course map at new start of course. Some of the holes have been changed since map was made so it is labeled on ...

This course is OK. The course is almost completely on a lightly wooded floodplain, so aside from the back 7 or so holes, it's mainly 300' flat shots around some trees or maybe over some water. The water hazards are pretty interesting, and the terrain on the later holes is pretty cool, but the course overall is pretty easy and boring in terms of layout.
As for the upkeep, the teepads are nice concrete full length, and the baskets are older, but no super terrible, you wont get stupid spitouts. ...

great course, couple ace runs, couple long holes, water holes, has it all, just need to fix tee pad signs

love the course but hate the flood waters on holes 5 and 6..
