I only give this site a B- because it has enough challenge for a putter, only. It is close enough to the center of town to allow quick access. There is a Drop Zone on Hole #4 before the sidewalk, in case you don't make it across the sidewalk.

Great layout for such a small space. Corey could make a great course in my bathroom.. :-)
