Fun Discs Unlimited tournament layout to this course.
Hole #5: Tightening of OB's behind water shot in recent years does not seem to be necessary (based on players I spoke to). Parking lot OB should be tight enough, especially considering it's always windy at the DU Open.

Josh Prasek "Pricecheck" and I played 18 here today and enjoyed the course. To echo Rob's comments, it is too bad that Dennis took the time to lay out such a nice course in such a compact area only to have someone break out/remove all the hole maps. The park had quite a few patrons when we began our first round, but we had it all to ourselves for most of the second 9. Kids and other folks didn't prove to be much of a factor on any of the holes except hole one. Staying left of the big oak is ...

Had a chance to play Father Padilla Park this afternoon with Jeremy Gentry after a trip to Discs Unlimited. We played a total of 14 holes, which I'm pretty sure was the tournament layout that Dennis is setting up for his DU tourney later this month. Although this website only has 9 set up, weird. Anyway, as for the course itself, I thought it was pretty fun. There are some interesting lines throughout, offering a good mix of hyzer/anhyzer choices.
