Other than a stretch of yawn inducing deuce holes (10-13) on the back 9 this place has a great variety and is just a lot of fun to play. Elevation is great, especially when considering he surrounding area is pretty flat. Holes 16-18 are great and end your round on a high note. $2 to get in the park and play. Water and bathrooms are onsite. Play speed golf for a really good workout here.

George is a course with a great variety and a chance to use a lot of different shots. I like the course more than any course I play because I like the crazy variety. It is far easier than the listed par but shooting everything in 3's makes a more challenging par.

The one and only thing I didn't like about this course was there were not any distances on some of the holes

George Wilson is a nice change of pace if you haven't played it for a while. Last time I played there was a missing basket on hole 3 which was a major disappointment. If I'm paying a couple of bucks I expect there to be 18 baskets. Nice mix of woods and wide open shots throughout. Hole's 9 and 18 give me a semi when I'm on the pad.

Destination course. Shining star in a growing community of players that love their home courses. Cadillacs for pads and Mach VII baskets.

This is a fun course. Rolling hills make for lots of elevation change and sweet downhill drives. The pars seem a little easy but they do a nice job making you feel like you are a lot better than you really are.

Just a heads up, the signs are very old and don't always show the correct route to the pin. It would be nicer if they just went ahead and redid them entirely.

Also: Concrete tee pads and relatively easy layout to follow without a map. Definitely would play here again.

Lots of elevation. Fun course but some trash thrown around. Need better navigation and signs.

A nice variety of holes, including some pretty lengthy ones. Front nine is mostly wooded. Back nine is mostly open. Mach-3s are pretty good baskets to putt on. This course has some huge hills, so it will wear you out, especially on a hot day. Wind can majorly affect one's score out here.

Pretty easy course but it is very well maintained. I like the combo of woods and open bomber holes. You end the round with a 600+ foot hole throwing off of a HUGE hill. Pretty fun.

Good course that has a variety of shots, there are some boring holes in the middle but that is necessary so you can have some awesome shots elsewhere. Overall a good course and well maintained. Tee signs for all the holes would be a great addition.

Mostly wide open, but tough when it is windy. Good elevation changes and some fun top of the world shots. Easy to shoot under par, but a couple tough wooded holes.

22 holes are up with pads right now, but the layout is still squirrelly, as you can tell it is a work in progress. Wth happened to the tree next to 16's teepad? This course is about the same as it ever was. Glad to see some new holes put in.

This course used to be one of my least favorites but changes and maintenance have made it so much better. They have added a number of wooded holes and there are plenty of great views. I consider this the best course in the area now. Pretty amazing what can happen when some good people step up and take care of a course. 92 out of 100.

Pros: - Variety on course (wooded and open) - Technical and Power Holes - Use of Elevation Cons: - Pay for Parking - Some tough/gimmick lines (alternates) Course Description: - Some Wooded - Technical and Scorable - Usually Windy Overall Impression: Love this course and finding time each year to make out a trip here to play. The courses 18 hole layout is a combination of open holes with you entering in and out of the nearby woods around the toboggan hills. The alternate holes a ...

Love the front 9, the back 9 was a bore until they recently added a few new holes. They play a bit rough right now but should develop into some great skill holes to break up the grip and rip that was the back 9.

I enjoy the course layout but it’s always too windy…..it’s like throwing a disc downtown Chicago! A mixture of long shots, short ones an techy wooded shots just to keep it challenging so you don’t fall asleep on the tee.

Best course around . There are new tee pads and baskets and tee signs on all holes awesome layout changes weekly . the holes range in a wide variety of different shots and opportunities for success and failure in my opinion you use every shot in the bag . The area clubs take great pride in this course and it shows . There’s even a pro shop that sells discs and snacks and waters and Gatorade they have good bathrooms and for three dollars it’s a bargain they even have three different practice areas a++

I really enjoy this course it has a variety of different shots off the tee. I also really love a course with elevation changes. I enjoy having the variety of holes that let use everything from drivers to putters off the tee. The problems arrive in the woods, mostly the letter holes(a-f). The lines are too tight and you find yourself just praying to get through the at times <3ft gaps. Some of the tees were slick so I'm happy to see improvements being made, as I'm always happy to see improvements.

Wilson is in a constant state of improvement and that is not to say that it needs improving. This course has it all from elevation, woods golf featuring awesome tunnels with multiple fairway options to wide open bombers where you have to put the knowledge of your discs and the wind to the test. Recently updated baskets make this course truly special and in my opinion one of the elite courses in IN.

Great course. Good mix of open bombs and tight woods! Perfect use of elevation. Very muddy in the woods when it rains.

Tedious at best. Lots of undefined lines. Either wide open easy shots or you just pick a tree to aim at and hope you miss it.
