Hey good news! I talked to the community manager at Independence in Farmington, and he said they're waiting to hear back from their management in Chicago. I dropped off a proposal the other day, he sent it in, and said they were looking at it on Thursday. I also gave him a copy of the logo I did, some course glamour shots, and *most importantly* positive responses from guys that have seen and played on the property. He said the responses looked really good and that he'd pass them along too. It's looking as promising as ever that something might ACTUALLY happen... Update soon!!

(There are no tees / baskets right now, but we basically know the general layout and use trees / imaginary baskets as targets!!)

No, not yet, that's what I'm working on, convincing them to put them in!! There's interest, but "approvals needed from management"... Updates to follow!!

Left 4 putters behind a couple of months ago on hole 8 under the basket while doing course maintenance.
2 - White Hard Pro D Challengers.
2 - Green Pro D Challengers.
Knuckleheads that grabbed them didn't play hole 9 (where i was clipping the fairway.).... I heard them putting out on 8 but didn't realize i left my putters. All of them have aces and sentimental value.
Big reward if they are returned.

Weather will be clearing up, leagues are a go!
I used to live there and always thought it would make a awesome DG course. Cheers to you, Baskets?
