It's nice to have another course in the area for variety's sake, but this is definitely my least favorite. It is fairly challenging for a 9-hole park layout, but very flat and not that memorable. It's nice to have another course in the area for variety's sake, but this is definitely my least favorite. It is fairly challenging for a 9-hole park layout, but very flat and not that memorable. Most of the holes are of a similar length, in the 290-350' range. There are a good number of mature trees to define the fairways and provide difficulty, although what tends to kill my score is the roads, which are in play as OB hazards on about half the holes. On #2, especially, it can be very difficult to hit the strip of grass between the road and the trees.

The park has bathrooms (though I'm not sure they're open all year round), plenty of parking, and a couple of football fields, which are nice for practicing drives. The tees are dirt and marked with decent signs. There are no alternate basket positions. It's not hard to find your way around. The park is on a floodplain and it can get pretty warm and/or buggy in the summer.

Pros: It's an open course with a decent layout,the grass is mowed regularly and there's bags for trash at each tee pad. The baskets are basically brand new and signs designate tee pads and hole routes. On most days it seems like you're the only person playing because the course is pretty spread out. It's got a nice mix of hyzers and an-hyzers throughout with some shots being more challenging than others. Football fields right across the street are great for practicing your drives or mids. It's got a nice mix of hyzers and an-hyzers throughout with some shots being more challenging than others. Football fields right across the street are great for practicing your drives or mids. Overall it's a nice course to hit if your out with some friends on the weekend,or if you want to get a quick round in by yourself.


Cons: If you're looking for a challenging course this definitely isn't it. There's NO ELEVATION at all. With problems throwing from #4 if someones teeing off on #5 it can easily get congested on a weekend or a busy day during the week. Everyone that lives around the course hates disc golf,so if you land a disc in their yard prepare to lose it. It's got dirt tee pads and some signs are inaccurate because baskets have had to be moved around.


Other: A great course to play on a relaxed weekend with some friends,or just to get out and clear your mind. It's a forgiving course so you won't have to worry about losing any discs. With a big parking lot and parking surrounding the course it's ideal for tourney play. It's a course that can be played by any skill level,but if you've been playing for awhile you might want to hit a better course in town.

The football fields next to the course could be a nice place to practice some drives. There is rarely much traffic here and often times it will seem like you have the course to yourself. Although it is a fairly open course, wind is not usually an issue due to the nice location.

Cons: The is ZERO elevation and the teepads are dirt. This course only has 9 holes with single placements and some of the signs are innacurate, I believe this is due to some changes that were made after the course was in place. There really isnt anything technical about any of the holes here other than maybe #8, but most obstacles can be fairly easily avoided. There is an issue between #4 and #5 where #5 is a little close to the basket for #4. Another potential issue is the playground to the left of #6 with a grill and picnic table.

Other Thoughts: Although my review and rating may not reflect it, I play this course a lot and enjoy it. It's just not one I would reccomend to someone pressed for time who may not be able to hit all of the courses in town. It is great for quick games and to get out of the house and clear your mind.
