Very small 9-hole course in a neighborhood park. Concrete tee pads. Mostly flat with trees serving as obstacles. Better for beginners. The holes (at least, the ones still with placards) are either Par 3 or Par 4, depending on what you choose. The holes (at least, the ones still with placards) are either Par 3 or Par 4, depending on what you choose. Personally, I felt that they could have just gone with a mixture instead of an Option A or B for each hole.

The park is poorly maintained. Most of the tee pads are missing their placards, so most of the time you're shooting blind. It doesn't help that the layout puts many of the baskets close together, which can be confusing if you don't spend a lot of time at this course. Some of the baskets aren't even marked and are falling apart.

It's not an all-around terrible course, but obviously not entirely purposed for it. A couple holes were nice, but the trees don't really make challenging obstacles unless you want to play with a mando.

I can't honestly say it's worth the trek if you don't live relatively close to the area. I'm a Rockfordite so it's a bit of a ways out for me.
