This course is one of the few I've played, and the one of the first, so my rating is biased a bit. The course is laid out well, with a good amount of difficulty. In the early summer months they make the holes "harder", which effectively means they stick the basket into the woods, or around a 90-degree bend, making aces damn-near impossible. That could be revisited by the owners. You can make a course longer and more challenging without making the holes impractical. For the remainder of the year, however, the course is fun and of decent size. It could use a little better grooming; the grass is usually mowed and trees are maintained well, but the signs and tee markers could use a lot of work. It's easy enough to navigate if you're new to the course without the signs, but it just lacks a certain amount of professionalism. That being said, the course is usually busy, especially during after-school hours. You have your occasional recreational players that wait for the wooded holes to have a smoke break, but for the most part play continues along smoothly.
So in summary, it's a good moderate-challenging course, with a decent amount of both obstacle holes and holes you can grip 'n rip on. Try and get behind someone who has played the course before, as the signs are little to no help and you have to go off the beaten path every now and then, but other than that it should be an enjoyable time!

They have as of now moved the pins back to the "long" positions for the remainder of the winter months. Personally I don't care for the new pin locations, as they aren't so much as longer, as they are stroke-adders. The baskets will either be put in the woods at a 90-degree turn from the fairway, or in the case of hole #4, on the peak of a hill... Some of the placements make the course more challenging and fun, but for the most part you'll just be aiming where the old basket was, and that will usually be the best way to set you up for your APPROACH shot. Still a great course and the changes won't make me stop visiting, but it's just something to keep in mind. Below are the changes for those that may not visit the park all that often, but are used to the normal locations for the baskets:
Hole #1- Same location.
Hole #2- About 30 feet back and to the left (if looking at the basket from the tee box) from the original pin, in between the large oak tree and the grouping of smaller trees/bushes.
Hole #3- Instead of being straight in front of the pad through the thin line of trees, it is now about 60 feet straight to the right of the old location in the corner of the clearing.
Hole #4- It's on a frickin' hill! The hill the basket was behind originally, it now sits atop it.
Hole #5- About 60 feet up and to the right of the basket before, kind of along the shoreline of the lake. (Might want to break out the over-stables for this one)
Hole #6- Directly right of the old basket, but in the woods. You may have walked the path before to go to hole #7 on the right... It's back in there now. (Pretty much just aim in the line where the old basket was, and use a low-profile disc to put it in there)
Hole #7- Directly right of the old basket which was over the creek in the middle; it is now embedded in the trees on a small, raised mound. (Just aim a side-arm shot high of where the basket used to be and you'll probably be sitting pretty good)
Hole #8- Go to the old basket. Turn left towards the forest. There it is. (The clearing into the woods is a pretty good size, so just aiming for the old pin again is going to set you up well)
Hole #9- Not much change. Just about 30-45 feet back from the original placement.
Hole #10- Look where the old basket was from the tee pad, then look at it's 10 'o clock at a little clearing in the woods with a large tree laying diagonally across the opening. (Smaller opening than on hole #8, so try to be directly in front of it, which means driving more left that you usually would. Even left of where the old basket was)
Hole #11- Around the same, but further back into the woods, about as far back as you can go.
Hole #12- Same as hole #11. Just at the far back of the tree-lined fairway on the top of the hill.
Hole #13- About 45 feet to the right of the original basket, down a slight hill in the corner of the clearing between the road and the woods. (Unless you have a high powerful flicker or a long-distance thumber you'll now have to throw to the left of the bundle of trees right in front of you to set you up for a straight and long approach shot)
Hole #14- This hole probably changed the most distance-wise. The hole is about 90 feet further back from where it used to be. It is also in a cave of trees, close to the tee-off for the next hole. The hole was already the longest on the course, with a slight incline at the beginning of the fairway. Have fun.
Hole #15- This hole is a classic example of just sticking the basket in the woods to add another approach shot. The basket is probably 15-30 feet closer to the tee-box, but in the right side of the fairway's woods. If you shot an ace in the original location, you'd be set up for a threading approach shot towards a basket on a raised mound again, with trees encasing the basket with little margin for error.
Hole #16- The hole is in the same general area, but just further back from the tee-off spot, probably about 30 feet.
Hole #17- About 45 feet back and to the left of the original placement, closer to trees on either side, but they don't really affect your decisions.
Hole #18- Same location.
