short, tough, technical course. not enough chances to rip a drive and watch it go. great course to play if you want to improve your game(especially putting and mid range).

Wooded, tight, but fair. Many unique holes with lots of elevation. Great new FlyPads and a pro shop behind hole 12 where you can donate a few bucks for course insurance. Friendly locals too!

Challenging not only for it's technical aspect but you better be ready for some serious cardio. Most elevation changes of any course in the area. A great round can go sour on one hole if you try to nail that dowwnhill putt.

New T pads on several holes are a great add; hopefully a few more to come. Course is always fun, and a great early season choice.

well designed course, good signs, memorable area with the military town and steep hills. worth traveling to- but don't expect to throw an even par on a first round unless you're an excellent player. i prefer more open courses.

One of the best courses in New England. A lot of fun to play and quite the workout. If you enjoy Disc Golf and Hiking like I do, this blends both perfectly. I play this course once a week and never get tired of it. Alot of great holes for forehand throwers like myself. The course is always kept in prime condition which is really appreciated!

Being a relatively new player (est. Aug 2010) and having probably only played 6 or 7 different courses, Devens is one of my favorites that I've been to thus far. I find it to be a fair ****allenging but very fun. The whole course is on the side of a small hill so you get a mixed variety of uphill and downhill shots. It's pretty well wooded and cleared well of short brush and debris, as well as well defined fairways. No water hazards. Every hole is par 3, some easy some tough...I average about 4 on each as a tomahawk/thumber thrower.

Short holes, but challenging. Lots of narrow holes with plenty of trees to make it interesting. Lots of elevation, both up and down.

This course is the closest one to my house so I've played it a few too many times. A great course and really good workout with the hiking. Par and under is attainable but definately tough with all the trees and boulders. A good technical challenge.

Great course allows you to perfect your short game. A lot of baskets are in the middle of down hills so if you miss a birdie turns into a triple boogie.

Love this course! Maybe my new favorite. I wouldn't say its "hilly" more like, mountainous....plan on some serious climbing, play smart.
