Played this course for the first time on Saturday. Wicked fun course with a good mix of tight shots, and holes where you can really just let 'er rip. The fact that it is located on a beautiful plot of land certainly doesn't hurt either. This could be a legitimately fantastic course if it were just a bit easier to navigate. Played this course for the first time on Saturday. Wicked fun course with a good mix of tight shots, and holes where you can really just let 'er rip. The fact that it is located on a beautiful plot of land certainly doesn't hurt either. This could be a legitimately fantastic course if it were just a bit easier to navigate. I played with someone who's played the course before, and we still got lost on several occasions. There are no obvious directional markers and the holes are very poorly signed. Yes, the tee pads are kind of crummy, and only a few of the holes have signs showing the pin location. As far as I'm concerned, those are minor annoyances. Those are also updates that I know take a lot of work and some capital. I'm fine with that. Just please....some directional arrows and some signs at the tee pad saying what hole it is. That's all I'm asking.

If the course were easier to navigate, I'd be willing to make the drive out from central MA on a much more regular basis. The course itself is a blast to play, and its in a really beautiful area. But, its hard to justify making the drive when I spend more time looking for the next tee pad than I actually do playing.

Played this course while visiting family in the area, thought it was a blast. I'm new to the game, but I thought the holes were challenging, but not impossible. The "woods" holes (explained to me by some regulars) were tight and your score could vary depending on which tree you hit (or didn't hit). Nice change in elevation between holes. The tee pads were a nice rubber matting, I found them all clean and in great condition. The course markings need to be replaced and a few directional arrow ...

The course markings need to be replaced and a few directional arrows guiding you around the course would bring my rating to a straight A. I got turned around a couple times trying to navigate the course. Directional arrows at the base of the baskets point to the next tee pad. Bring bug spray.
