The front 9 are very nice. Well maintained. The back 12 are a work in progress and should be awesome when done. Alot of ups and downs with 12-14 going cross slope along a top. It actually is 22 holes because you play through 11 basket again from tee 20. ** BEWARE OF FRISBEE GREMLINS AT DUSK** they move in mobs and you might be missing a disc once they have left.
