I haven’t played a lot of course’s but this is a great one. Wish it had more elevation but it is a good all round course.

Great and fun course. Awesome day in the woods on a challenging course. It is a shame all of the topsoil has been carried away and left all of those roots...!
Cursed ROOTS!!!!

Well maintained with a tremendous variety of holes to keep your game sharp. Exceptional course. Castle Hayne is the PREMIER DGC in SE North Carolina. If you're visiting Wilmington you'd be doing yourself a favor by checking it out.

A stunning course. Legitimate par structure including 3's, 4's, ad 5's. Course is well established and well marked. Another work of art from Harold Duvall. Yes there is a lack of elevation, but what are you going to do - your near the NC ocean and its flat in this part of the country. Definitely one of my fave courses and one of the most challenging I've found. Has a great mix of holes including birdie and ace run holes as well as a true par 5 hole or 2. The only potential thing missing is elevation changes.
