We would like to gather 1,000 signatures by August 1st to present to the city. On Sept. 2nd. There is an unsanctioned, singles tournament in honor of Leroy at the Medina course. We would hope to have some preliminary response from the city by then to announce at the tournament. Registration for the tournament is now open and you are all invited to play.

For anybody who knows Sean "Ninja Daddy" Barnes, you know he is one of the nicest and most giving players associated with Lake County Disc Golf. His generosity comes both with time and money given to courses, but also to his fellow disc golf family. Sean has fallen on some serious health issues, and we'd like to give back to him, just as he has and would do for any of us.

Come show your support for a disc golfer in need!!!

For anybody who knows Sean "Ninja Daddy" Barnes, you know he is one of the nicest and most giving players associated with Lake County Disc Golf. His generosity comes both with time and money given to courses, but also to his fellow disc golf family. Sean has fallen on some serious health issues, and we'd like to give back to him, just as he has and would do for any of us.

This event will be a Bring Your Own Partner Doubles Event playing "Best Shot" format with two rounds of 9 holes at Osborne Park in Willoughby, Ohio. All proceeds will go directly to Sean to help him out in his time of need. We are actively looking for donations of prizes for this event and a benefit to be held after the event at Lakeshore Lounge to raise additional funds for Sean and his family. Please consider donating a disc or anything else disc golf related for this event. Prizes will be based on the donations we receive, and at a minimum, there will be CTPs on each hole during the event and hopefully some extra prizes for the top 2-3 teams in each division.

If registration dictates, this event may move to Sims Park to allow more players to participate.

Please contact me or any member of Lake County Disc Golf if you have any interest in donating to this event for our fellow disc golfer.

New Layout and Tees for Boettler Park - Give back some love to disc golf

The park wants to relocated the disc golf course at Boettler Park. We are looking for volunteer to help move the 9 baskets and reset them. The park will dig the holes. We will need to pull the old baskets and concrete them into their new locations

Registration for the B-Tier 2019 Labyrinth at Punderson State Park on July 20-21st goes live this coming Friday 3/15 at 8 PM!!! Don't delay on signing up...it will fill!!! A little over a week until the 2018 Legacy Discs Confidence Clash at Veteran's Memorial Park in Parma.
