CHURCH ACTIVITY: Thanks to Will and Wags for the head start on Hole 1 today! Great job! We should be able to finish clearing the rest of Hole 1 in the morning, and move to Hole 2. COME GIVE US A HAND...THANKS!

Vets is looking good for The Frozen Toes ll !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come warm up for the tourney. A random draw scramble will be Sat. 11-5-2011 at 1pm @ Veterans Memorial Disc Golf Course in Parma Ohio.

60 pre registered for the frozen toes two at parma veterans memorial park sponsored by Hole 8 Disc Golf and www.just-disc-golf.com sunday november 6th. added bonus Tree Love and Hole 8 donate a total of $200 in added cash and team just disc golf donates $100 in added Am Prizes. At least 4 ctp holes for the rec division. ctp's for all am divisions. Lunch good times...

Just in... With city approval we may be able to hold glow @ Veterans! That again would be on Sunay 10-30-2011 following the scramble and our work efforts! Also, something crazy to get into as it is Holloween Eve and my family usually carves pumpkins that day...I'll have them meet up at the course to get that done. Anyone interested...bring up a pumpkin and work your crerative magic. A few extra pumpkins will be avaliable for those without. I would like to set them up by the tees and select locat ... more

PK, We all need to get(work) together this winter to establish a formal (TreeLove)DiscGolf Club. I will be more than happy to hold meetings at HOLE 8 as a central location... so we can get started as soon as possible! All those who would like to be part of such an effort, please step forward. HOLE 8 has a similar mission... We would like to see the competion of the Veterans Memerial Disc Golf Course(including 9 additional champion caliber holes that wrap around the beseball fields on the east side of the park sporting a 800' down hill and 600' up hill and at least one water hole). Tri-C West needs a lot of attention as well. Hopefully, we can get our CLUB together and convince them to get the other 9 holes in. Lakeview Church of God Course is the newest baby, and so far they have given us the freedom to do what we need to turn it into a gem! It's set up as a begginer friendly course(9 holes) with tons of potential to expand(18holes). With all that on our plate... We have visions of establishing a course next door to Tri-C at Nike Site(18holes), and thought of the West Creek Preserve(24holes) minutes from Veterans. I think that would be a total of 105 holes... in Parma OH! WOW! Most importantly, that temporary course you had set up years ago... needs to be put in permanently! Now's the time! I want to get those news articles copied, framed, and hung at the shop. That's some great history that needs to be seen. WE MUST WORK TOGETHER!!!!!!!!
