I Have to work all weekend. Here are some things that need attention:
Branches in a pile so the county can EASILY pick them up.
Branches on 3b needs to be moved out to other pile by 4's tee-pad.
Line the fairway with logs on 3b (maybe 3a too).
Tee signs.
Bulletin Board.
Trash and trash cans.
Trimming/ pruning.
Repair sleeves 2a, 5b & 13L a&b.

Someone posted that a shop called "in-flight" was going to open in March on 2700 S 500 E. This never happened.I'm not sure if they are behind schedule or if they are not going to move forward.

Altitude disc golf is the bomb. They have great deals on discs, a great selection, and are at most of the disc golf events in Utah.

Altitude Disc Golf is local to Layton. Right now we are online only, but for the locals we are making deliveries to Riverpark. We have made deliveries down to Creekside, we just need a large enough order to make it worth driving down. Give us a call and we can work something out 801-820-7750, or check us out at www.altitudediscgolf.com.

Hey, Isn't there a new disc golf store in Salt Lake? I'm sick of those guys attitude at play-it-again, why don't they help out the local scene anyway? They should be a huge sponsor, sell at tourneys, buy our script, ect...

Those of you with baskets, please show up before 8AM so we can get it all set up on time. Thanks. If you have a basket or a mini basket BRING IT!!!! It would suck to not have enough baskets for the tournament. So bring it, better to have more than not enough! Better not forget to bring your game with you too! :)

That would be great Erik. I think Wasatch Disc Golf Club is having their first event for there 2011 series that weekend at Joker's Peak. Could get started on that Sunday following the tournament. If not I think the first weekend in April (April 2nd and 3rd) is a better date to do a massive park clean-up. There is a lot of things to be done to the park:

14 new sleeves (pin positions). Railroad tie steps on hole #4 and #8. Etiquette sign by hole #1 tee pad/practice basket. Fix Bulletin boa ... more

I was wondering if we could get some help from people that play creekside to do a big course clean up . I am figuring we need a couple of good placed wood chippers , wheel barrels , shovels, rakes and some one to put together some donations to make a new tee pad on 3 a , 3b and redoing hole 7 making it a lil higher . I would like to set it up for the last weekend in march anyone that would like to help or give any ideas this is just a dream that I want to make reality I think it would be awesome ... more

If you have never played Fairmont it is an awesome park. Normally it is an object (24 hole) course. So it is rare that we have baskets at the park. I think the last time we played with baskets in the park was 2004. So if you've never played Fairmont with baskets you may want to make this event. There are big open gun shots as well as tight technical holes, 1 pond and 1 stream. You better hope there is snow on the ground cause normally the course is played with ALL concrete and asphalt OUT OF BOUNDS. So bring on the snow.......
