There was a place in Ogden that sells railroad ties. Not sure if it is still there. I will check on my way home. Hopefully I will remember to look.

The tournament registration is FULL. I've started a waitlist, so let me know if you want to be added. The first few will most likely make it in the event, but I have to wait for the postmarked registration forms to come in.

The Creekside Open is now 80% full and only 10 days away. Don't wait any longer to register. I'm going to shut down the online registration in the next couple days.

Altitude will be at the Swap Meet at the Motor View drive-in in Riverdale, (located right by Riverpark DGC). Come up this Saturday, April 9th to check us out. We will have all of our plastic there, along with bags, and other stuff. After checking us out, take in a round at riverpark. It doesn't get much better than that.

Thanks to everyone who pitched in yesterday and today at the Creeky. 3B is better than ever (Great idea Rich).

Thanks Big Wave, Does anyone else have recommendations? I've got a list now.

I Have to work all weekend. Here are some things that need attention:
Branches in a pile so the county can EASILY pick them up.
Branches on 3b needs to be moved out to other pile by 4's tee-pad.
Line the fairway with logs on 3b (maybe 3a too).
Trash and trash cans.
Repair sleeves 2a, 5b & 13L a&b.

Creekside work day this Sunday, the 3rd from 10 to 2. If we get enough people to help, we will extend the #3B tee pad.

Just got in a replenishment of Discraft today, and we also now have Discwing, Daredevil, and Aerobie in addition to the other brands that we carry - not on the site yet, but will be soon, if you are interested, feel free to call or shoot us an email.

There are also discs at Hammond Toy, just up the street from Creekside.

Someone posted that a shop called "in-flight" was going to open in March on 2700 S 500 E. This never happened.I'm not sure if they are behind schedule or if they are not going to move forward.
Altitude disc golf is the bomb. They have great deals on discs, a great selection, and are at most of the disc golf events in Utah.
Kyle Shannon March 25, 2011 at 10:59am
Altitude Disc Golf is local to Layton. Right now we are online only, but for the locals we are making deliveries to Riverpark. We have made deliveries down to Creekside, we just need a large enough order to make it worth driving down. Give us a call and we can work something out 801-820-7750, or check us out at www.altitudediscgolf.com.

Hey, Isn't there a new disc golf store in Salt Lake? I'm sick of those guys attitude at play-it-again, why don't they help out the local scene anyway? They should be a huge sponsor, sell at tourneys, buy our script, ect...
Dave Roper March 22, 2011 at 12:45pm
FYI, I just received 10 more entries and the Creekside Open is now 33% full. Don't wait until it's too late to register.
Erik Mueller March 16, 2011 at 11:26am
I am just wondering if the team utah tags have come in yet, cause I would really like to pick one up . Just let me know how to obtain one and I will do it thanks ,
Brodey Hansen March 15, 2011 at 10:53am
Those of you with baskets, please show up before 8AM so we can get it all set up on time. Thanks. If you have a basket or a mini basket BRING IT!!!! It would suck to not have enough baskets for the tournament. So bring it, better to have more than not enough! Better not forget to bring your game with you too! :)
