Brian Head
We had a very good time at Brian Head this year. The weather made thing a bit complicated. It rained for about 3 hours and dropped over an inch Saturday morning. The lift at Brian head never opened, so we played on the 9 holes at Bear Flats. It rained until 10:15 and then stooped long enough to get in 5 rounds on the course. 27 for the tournament and 18 more Dubs. Had 12 players, Mike Cloyes shot the best at -6, Go Open Masters! Chris shot a -1 to take Open. A good time was had had by ALL! Team Utah, Anywhere, All the Time!

Been doing some counting this morning to see how many $ we raised for the Rescue Mission. Right now we are at $1205.00, Team Utah is adding $100, and I will add $50. For a grand total of $1355.00. If anyone want to add to that total let me know. We also had 250 lb of food. It will be a few days before I take it to the Mission. Thanks for all the help, Thomas Buckner, Brandon Coon, Dave Roper, Rustin Pomeroy, Mike Wills, Justin Jed Kuhnel, and everyone for coming out, It was a good Time!!!

2011 Skins Game and Info
Team Utah Members Looks like there will be No Team Utah Skins Game this year. The individual that said they would manage Tuesday Night Dubs did not do it. We have no money to run one, what happened to the cash he did collect only he knows? I have some cash from membership and events I have run, but most of that went to the Creekside Open & Full Throttle tournaments ($600+). I do have more Challenge cards printed up If you would like to support Team Utah. Mike Will of D7 has been running dubs fo ... more

2011 Big Glade
6/18/11 Update - Big Glade is a NO GO!! Just got back and Main Canyon is impassable, 2-5 foot drifts of snow and big trees down on road. Wallsberg road is washed out about 2-3 miles up where a side canyon comes in. We will reschedule it for next month sometime. Will post update when we have it worked out.

Baskets for Big Glade
Let me know if you are attending and bringing baskets. Would like to have an idea how many we have. We can brow some from Martin Bohn to have all 24 holes but I need some numbers. I know of 14 as of today.
I am driving up to Big Glade this Saturday to see what the snow looks like.

One more thing
Kudos to whoever went out and flagged the mandies!! I dont know if you ran out of tape or missed the one on 16 but that one still needs to be done and I think we need one on 17 as well to protect the t-pad on 16 so if the mystery flagger is watching and has the means and motivation thanks in advance.

Creekside Dubs this year?
Its just about time to kick off another year for doubles this year. I believe we usually start the first week of daylight savings. It is going to take a few folks volunteering to help run this program for the season. I have heard from Zack that he is going to jump in but it is too large of a commitment for just one person, so we are going to need some help for tuesday evenings.
Thanks Richard

2011 Ice bowl
2011 Ice Bowl this year is on January 29 at Fairmont Park. Two rounds of 18-24 (depends of # of baskets and snow conditions). We need every one to bring there portable targets; Anything is better then a light pole. Reg starts at 8:30-9:45AM, Tee off at 10:00AM, $30 Pro, $20 Am: 50% of Entry Fee go to the charity.
