Michael Emerick   June 9 at 5:09pm

Played today skipped 12-13 birdied hole 16. Didn't really keep score but know I was around the +8 range.

brett m   June 9 at 11:58pm

I ran a league on Mondays through the fall, but work has hindered my time for disc golf. I know there's a Friday night doubles in Massillon though.

I have found the downside of Massillon....I am now down 1 red Vulcan(hole 6), 1 white Archon(hole 5), 1 orange Quest AT Inferno(hole 16), a friend's green Titanium Nuke SS(side field by parking), and a magnet somewhere that must have fallen out of my bag.......I have to make more money if i'm going to keep this up.

I know this probably won't work but lost my lime green 171g champion dominator in the water hole 14. Will pay to get it back. Hate to go to Quonset Hut and buy another full price.

New to the Site, and in my second year of Disc Golf. Right now I'm playing bogey golf. This is a big year for me looking for all tips I can get on here and on the course. Look forward to meeting and throwing with all of you.

cool thanks.

Hey everybody, I just wanted to address the vandalism that is going on at Arboretum/Spiker park, 1st almost every bag holder on the tee signs has been broken off, 2nd we have had 4 tee signs broken in half since they were put in, and now somebody has taken apart the disc return box on the new sign that Quonset Hut had built. This is truly pathetic, every time we try to do something nice there are idiots out there who screw it up. Please if you see anybody doing damage to the course call the police if you can, this is just stupid.

Would there be any benefit to speaking with Avondale Police? Tough to police such a large park, but it is getting out of hand.

Greg Platt   May 1 at 2:07pm

Don't call the police,do the policing yourself...If you see something goin down put a stop to it.

Dan Davis    April 22 at 11:34pm

I just wanted to congratulate Mike Gastin for taking 2nd place at the Ironwood, shooting 1000,1017, and 1015 rated rounds. He would have tied for 1st if some kid named Ricky Wysocki wasn't there. Great rounds bud!

Congrats to alot of Northeast Ohio players, Gastin taking 2nd in Open, Eric Centanni for 2nd in Advanced, Katie Meloy winning Advanced Women, Mel Martin winning Open Women, and even myself for tying for 2nd in Open Masters.

With the tees drying out and warmer weather coming the rest of the week we should think about moving the baskets back to the origional positions before it gets crappy again. Those b positions can be rough with bad tees and a foot of snow on the ground. I should be free sometime Saturday if anyone wants to play to the b's and move them back as we go. Any thoughts?

If I don't go to columbus for their ice bowl, I'll help.

Matt Dungan   January 9 at 8:54pm

Sounds good Mike, I'll post a time on here for Saturday morning, probly around 9 or 10 am

Michael Stonestreet   January 10 at 3:01pm

Okay, I don't think I'm going to columbus. So 10 would be good for Saturday morning.

The tiger town open generated $183 to finish the signs at massillon oak ledges disc golf course. I'd like to thank the true sponsors of the the game the people that showed support for a course they love at a trophy only tournament. So thanks to the few but plenty members of various clubs medina, scdga, dover disc golf, summit disc golf, portage disc golf, team jdg, punderson disc golf and any others that played.

I'm glad I had am opportunity to benefit a place that has given me great joy and some of the best rounds of disc golf. Thanks again.
