J-byrd is working hard to find out what's going on.

I just got the ok from TD Cutler to do this, so here goes:

As you may know, we are trying to raise funds to buy 8 new baskets at Campgaw so we don't have to move baskets every spring and fall. It would make life easier on us and allow the Campgaw layout to be played year-round, even when Mighty Gaw is in the ground. As a fundraiser for this, I'm going to run a disc swap at Animalfest.

Here's how it will work:
--On Saturday (morning, lunch and after the rounds) and Sunday morning I will collect donated discs.
--For every two new or like-new discs you donate, you will receive one ticket.
--On Sunday at lunch, I will lay out all of the donated discs. You may take one disc per ticket.
--After the rounds on Sunday I will sell any disc for $5.
--Discs left over will be bundled and sold on ebay.
--All money raised will be used to buy new baskets at Campgaw.

If you're like me, you probably have a trunk full of discs that you don't throw that are in perfectly good shape. Discs you tried out but didn't like or tournament stamped discs you don't throw. Maybe someone else might want them, and you can donate for a good cause.

Please donate new or like-new discs. It's ok if there's ink on them, but I don't want beat/worn discs with little or no value.
