Played O.u. yesterday, teepads are snow covered which acctually made them more grippy/tacky than usual
Lance Bayliss January 5, 2010 at 8:16am
Played riv b on Sunday. Long tees are in good condition. Minimal snow and very little ice.
Jeremy Gibbs January 4, 2010 at 7:24pm
I shoveled all Vienna long tees today, but some more snow came down afterwards. Tees were in good condition under the snow. Only 4 tees had ice on them.

As of Sunday, HM Original Shorts are moderately OK. None are clear, most have 1/3 to 1/2 of the area clear. So cold out today its not really slippery.

buck horn long pads ARE clear. played a couple of days ago and cleared them completely off.
peter kunoff January 1, 2010 at 6:53pm
lakeshore short/common pads have patchy ice......apparently someone decided to play them without shoveling them....longs look better.....all would benefit from a little ice melt..
Jeff Kaluk January 1, 2010 at 12:01pm
JAB grass pads are snow covered with a few icy fronts. Right shoes will get good grip in the snow.
Scott Ransley December 31, 2009 at 2:43pm
6 of us played morning round at Willow today. We shoveled all the tees.
Hunter S. Dotson December 31, 2009 at 2:39pm
Thanks a ton for the lakeshore update, We will play "Loser shovels" as we always do on sunday, and I will see about snagging some ice melt or salt just to get a layer on them.
Garrett Graham 4G's December 30, 2009 at 11:38pm
All 27 tee pads are clear at Bandemer freshly cleared and salted today and as of 1030 pm they were clear of ice and snow
Andy Bawol December 30, 2009 at 7:14pm
tees on the OG were ok, could use a quick shoveling. other than that they are playable, reds especially.
g lane December 30, 2009 at 5:35pm
all of the teepads in florida were cleared. no need to thank me.
Nate Buban December 30, 2009 at 5:34pm
played OU today, have seen them worse. Little bit of snow but not bad by any means. The ice in front of the tee on a few holes would be anyones only concern.
peter kunoff December 30, 2009 at 3:01pm
lakeshore.....just left....didn't get a full round in but Beerman, FF dave, and Mucker were playing and shoveling both sets of teepads.....clean, dry, no ice.
Scott Ransley December 30, 2009 at 11:01am
Indy picnic tees are ok. Most of the paved pads are clear, and about half the grass ones are clear. A couple of grass ones have an ice layer. I wiped out on hole 12, which was the worst.

Anyone in Ann Arbor interested in picking up a shovel for cheap to keep in the trunk for tee pad clearing should stop in at the recycle center on Industrial ave. Plenty of experienced but still useful shovels for cheap, last time I looked. If you don't have a shovel, the tee pads won't get cleared, and none of us want that now, do we?
