The NUDGA representative in each northern county would basically bridge the gap between counties. After each board meeting, one of us would contact you and give you any updates about the club, courses, tournements, etc... Also to spread the word and put up flyers for upcoming events. Possibly even getting local sponsers from your community. This way there is no confusion and hopefully will take care of some possible future dumb rumors.

More courses = :)

What would be the level of involvement required for the SLC club representative role?

Yayeah those spots look great. Discgolf on the wasatch trails could define Northern Utah disc golf. Sounds like a great venture for our board of directers to dive into. I think we will be suprised to see just how much a group of motivated Nudgas can accomplish!

I think Brandon Merzlock would be a great choice. Star suggested we get someone from major cities in the area to represent the club. We already have Brodey Hansen in Box Elder Co. Maybe Brandon in Cache Co.and I would like to nominate Dave Roper from Salt Lake Co. I also think we should have meetings before saturday doubles once a month so every one can make suggestions. We have so many people that do so much for the club, we need everyones input.

Josh and I are teaming up! Also I talked to Brandon aka "MOOK" and asked him if he would be interested in helping the nudga leadership this comming year. He has a lot of experience dealing with sponsoring new courses and running events. He was very interested. So, I would like to put him on the ballot.

Lex would be a good pick for a board member. I second that nomination. I’d like to see Rod in there too if he wants to.

I vote for Brody as chief course designer, and board member if he wants also. The board would pick course designers I would think though. Just a thought.

I nominate Lex. I would also like to nominate myself as the club's course designer, separate from the board of directors.

In our Planning Meeting/Party Sat. night we discussed forming a board of directors to lead our organization. The association is getting so big that we felt the need for some leadership. The board would meet once a month and would consist of 5 members. We decided that Kent needed to remain in charge of finances, and Star is going to be a part of the board as well. This means we still need 3 members and we decided they should be picked through a nomination and vote process. If you think someone is ... more
