7:30 a.m. - Event Set Up (As Many As Possible)
This includes: Tent set up, OB marking, Table Set Up, General Course Cleanup
8:30 a.m. - Registration (Josh + 2 others [Josh in charge of actual registration, the others in charge of the player's packs)
8:30 a.m. - Raffles and Donations (2-3 People)
Scorekeeper - I would like one more person to help me and verify scores, preferably someone not playing. Mitch, have you decided yet? If you aren't playing, I'd like you to help me with this.
'Chef' - Prepare hot dogs for grilling, also heat up some beans.
Table Workers - Take cash for lunches, take cash for disc purchases, take cash for raffles (at least 2)
Basket Movers - MOST IMPORTANT (at least 2), we have to do this quickly, Mark has to go along with us and I'd prefer him to be able to get to eat some lunch.
After Rounds -
Cleanup - Everyone would be nice. Haha
Scorekeeper - Again, Mitch if you aren't playing I'd like you to help me, if not, then whoever.

We may need to move the baskets to the original pins, we'd have to talk to Mark.

It is my understanding that there is neither finances nor interest in going to Austin, TX for the regional qualifier tournament. For those who did not hear the news, Iowa State decided to postpone their qualifier tournament until spring since the planning wasn't where it needed to be to successfully host it at this time. Stay tuned for further updates regarding the agenda looking forward.

At our tournament I'm not sure how raffle tickets will be sold but you could sell them by using the raffle tickets as a mulligan and you can have up to 18 mulligans but can buy as many raffle tickets as you want. Say 1 ticket for 1$, 9 tickets for 7$, 18 tickets for 15$ or some other denominations that make more sense. We should have buckets in front of each item being raffled off that they want. Just some thoughts on that.

Pardon the late acknowledgement, but I'd like to thank everybody that gave up time and energy to get the Yellowbook phonebooks delivered last week. Many of you sacrificed several hours each day to get these books distributed on time and I wanted you to know that your hard work is appreciated. Thanks to Travis for discovering the opportunity, our club raised a total of $283.55 from the phonebook distribution fundraiser. Come experience the new MD Disc Golf nickel plated baskets called "The BasketOctober"!!!
We will be using portable baskets for this tourney so that the course can be tweeked before installing permanent baskets. Your input is what we want! Come be a part of this course development and try the newest design in baskets.

Anybody up for getting some practice at Ft. Riley Moon Lake? I think it'd help change things up and get us more mentally ready for courses we'll see at tournaments. Don't know about anybody else, but I'd like a refresher at a course I don't get to play very often.
I'm free today after 1:30 if anybody wanted to go. If not, I think it'd still be a nice team practice round sometime.

In order to be eligible to play in the NCDGC and in NCDGC Qualifier events, students must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at the time of the tournament at the institution they wish to compete for. Students enrolled in three credit hours at the time of the tournament can also be eligible if they have taken twelve total credit hours in the last year.
So all I need is one online class boys ;)
