Flying Pig 2009

The Flying Pig is flying again this year on October 17-18, 2009. More details to follow. Thanks to Brad Anderson for being the TD again this year.

Disc 'n Dat Bluegrass Open

This Supertour Tournament is scheduled for June 6-7, 2009 at Idlewild and Banklick disc golf courses in Northern Kentucky. This is the 10th Bluegrass Open so look for some good stuff fromf the staff to make this a memorable event. We will post more information as it comes available. Weather was actually pretty nice. Low 28, high 33. Didn't need gloves most of the day.
Didn't rain once we started the rounds. Too bad the early rain kept the turnout low.

Ice Bowls 09

The first of our 3 ice bowls starts this saturday Jan 10 at Mt. Airy, followed by Banklick on the 24th and the final one at Idlewild/Boone on Feb 7. We track standings for the overall Champ of the series. All our proceeds are donated to the Fairhaven Rescue Mission in Covington KY. We managed to raise just over $3,000 last year and have set a goal of $4,500 this year.
