This is to all the club member's, player's, and the casual's of Discgolf it wasn't Mobile Birdie idea to step-on the clubs toes by holding our touranment at Freeland's & Chippewa Banks course. We where in a rush to get one going and didn't properly go throught the right motion to get one started. Mobile Birdie will be giving 25% of profits back to the Freeland Disc Golf Club & Chippewa Banks Disc Golf. Plus it's about time to DO WORK!! On these course&# ... more

Opportunity for State Berths at Sanford this Friday, June 15th. If you've played Sanford leagues twice, it costs $10, once is $15, none yet, then $20. Check it out under Events on the Sanford Lake course page.

UPDATE ON WICKES PARK DISC GOLF, Township office says that course should be up and playable in aprox. 2 weeks. They have planned setting the concrete for the pins middle/end of next week, allowing 5 to 10 days for it to cure. Then the baskets will be dropped after that, then LET THE DISCS FLY!!

Spread the word! A new course is going in at Wickes Park in Saginaw Township. A Boy Scout is organizing it as his Eagle Scout project and planning some work days to clean up the holes going through the woods. The plans are all for Saturdays from 9:30 to 2:30, people are welcome to come and go as they're able. There'll be a break for lunch with some food provided. The dates are 9/24, 10/8, and 10/15 (maybe 10/22 if necessary). Bring shovels, post hole diggers, garden shears and branch s ... more
