Thanks to the guys that came out and faced the snow! We decided to do a safari 9 intead of 18 at Edora. Discgolfscene league set up wouldn't let me do a different lay out option so I had to title it a Boltz round since it has a 27 par. Next Friday at Boltz 5pm!

Realities donated $1,000 to the Benefit tournament last year, and I see them teaming up with a lot of local businesses, like Qdoba for one. FCDGA Competition Board 2013
Bruce and I got the art finalized for our bag tags this year! They will officially go on sale at our first Friday night 7 week series stop at Edora on the 22nd, 5pm. $15 for the membership which includes: $10 Wrightlife gift certificate, %10 off disc golf merch, and an online Bone Tag. Met our goal for the FCHS Fundraiser
This year we raised $374 and last year $140. So a total of $514. That should pay for 2 baskets and FCHS will get at least one more basket. It will be a couple months before they get the baskets in the ground. I'll let you know when they are in. Scores are posted as well. Thanks to everyone that came out and supported. As well as CSU, Tri-city, and 3Rivers for helping with prize donations! Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!

All ready for tomorrow's FUNdraiser at FCHS.
Sam an I went to make sure FCHS is good to go for tomorrow. Shoveled the shot put tee pad off and the one tee in the grass. Everything else looks good to go!
Plus we will be revealing the new Bone Tags for FCDGA this year. They will go on sale at our first spring league Friday night March 22nd at Edora.

Ground Hog Day Challenge scores are posted!
Thanks to everyone that came out. We all had a great day and got a lot of feedback on the suggested Am Tee Pads for Hughes. We might leave the flags in for awhile so please go out and check out the layout (Robert Moll & Meaghan Moll and friends...) It is not hard to find the Am Flagged Tee Pads. Let us know what you think. Again, we are trying to suggest that we install them so all input is welcome.

Looking for some feed back!
NoCo and FCDGA were talking about having some of the longer holes have Pro and Am tee pads. I just went out to flag some suggested Am tee pads for the Tourney tomorrow. I wil have all divisions play from these tee pads to get some feed back. The majority of use on our local courses are beginners and recreational players. It will be a great way to make Aggie Greens a bit more Am friendly. Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!

Terry's Private Horsetooth course
Terry's friend Jaimie invited us out for Thursday "League" at 3pm. The back 9 is in, so it is an 18 hole course. I didn't know they were holding gatherings through the winter... Remember it is play at your own risk, and we can only play during league days. It is a cool course and I'm grateful they let us play. We usually meet at Canyon Grill before so I might get there by 2:30... They cancel it if it is too windy as well. Peace, Love, and Disc Golf!

Had a great time lat Saturday. Thanks to all that made it out and to the Swing Station for Sponsoring the event! How'd you like the new course in Wellington? I'll post scores tonight. Reflections was bigger and better than ever this year!
Had a great day yesterday at the Reflections Doubles Benefit, had an amazing turn out, and record money raised for Reflections! Around 70 people, over $3,000 raised, and 8 people's first tournament! Bruce did a great job giving out pointers again this year too. Thanks to all that came out and supported our charity event.

Had another great week! Thanks for coming and facing the wind! Since I am not doing a series I will not have names in order of first place to last place. I hope in the future PDGA has a way to fix this. It looks a bit confusing but all the scores are correct. I don't know why it didn't give an unofficial rating for Dan Thoen and Will Norwood. I'll look into it and fix it if I can.

New course in Wellington!
2 new 9 holes in Wellington just installed. A 9 on each side of the highway. I guess they will build a path under the highway so u can walk to each one in the future. Great to see more courses! Peace, love and disc golf

Oxbow & Hughes
Had a great time at Oxbow, saw some traveling casual disc golfers and we were able to throw a bit, help them with their game, and tell them about the best courses near by. Thanks Bruce for your couching skills! Also, Yesterday's work day for Aggie Greens at Hughes Stadium went great. All the tee pads and tee signs look amazing. Thanks Bill Wright, Colin, Austin, Peggy, Sue, Vinnie, Shawn, and the city for the upgrade and redesign! Can't wait for Grateful Disc.

Edora looks great!
Thanks to Sean Taylor and the CSU volunteers for mulching edora. Thanks to the forestry service for removing the diseased trees and broken limbs. Hopefully they can plant replacement trees soon! Sad to see any tree removed :(

#7's basket needs repair at boltz...

We will do a make up round at the end of the season like last fall league. What do we think of rescheduling Intel's league on may 13th. I will be playing Grateful Disc, but if there is any body unable to make grateful who would like to run it that day let me know. Peace, love, and disc golf.

FCHS course Update
Colin and I had a 2nd meeting with FCHS last week. They should have the missing basket replaced by the 15th of April when we play the course. They do have a basket in a hole 3's position, but have not put a new basket in at hole 9 yet. But it should be a solid 9 very soon!!!
