Mark - follow up on the course development fund. Normally I pay $6 ($5 to pay outs and $1 to ace pool). Does the CDF mean that only $4 will go to payouts, or that the total will be $7? Also, in the past leagues have actually been free (the $5 and the $1 were both optional). Does this mean that the leagues are now $1 minumum, and there is no way to play free?

If you want to get into ace pool, it would be $7. The $5 are still payouts, $1 ace, $1 CDF. If you did not want to pay the $5 which is still an option, you have to pay the $1

Totally unrelated events. That was just a series standing for club members playing in FTF events throughout the year so yes you can.
Every time I tried to pull a permit for a tournament there, there was always a wedding so I stopped trying. I think there are 2 there Iif you look again.
