Not a League
A competition occurred tonight at a wonderful, abandoned ball-golf course in Ypsilanti, MI. There were about twenty nice people in attendance, each carrying an assortment of colored, plastic discs. These discs were thrown through the air at various speeds by golfers of varying skill and personality. People laughed, and yelled, and imbibed and partook. Monies were paid out, handshakes were shook, and vehicles departed from the uneven parking lot, one by one onto Grove Road. This was not a doubles league, this was a gathering of disc golfers. Respect.
