Hello All,
A local Geocash enthusiast, that I met a while back while promoting disc golf, has asked me to pass along information about an upcoming event. It is called "The KC Disc Golf And Geocaching Mashup".
It is set to take place at "Lake Olathe from 8AM to 5PM on the 22nd of June". From the sounds of things it combines Disc Golf with Geochashing. It sounds like it could be pretty interesting, however I will not be able to attend.

Anybody care to join me tomorrow morning to do a little light work at Fairmont? We need to rake some recently cut leaves of the "fairway" areas of #2 & "6. Don't worry, it won't even take an hour if we have 3 or 4 people. I'll even bring rakes. I've got enough for 5 DFOKers.
Ya know we need it clear for Tuesday night.

Found: Clouse disc on #13. Glow Innova driver of some sort. I'll get it back to you ASAP.
Found: My drive from #16 tonight. Turns out I bombed it out to the water!
Lost: My neon green, KDGA stamp, Innova Champion driver. It should be "just off the bank" on #13.

I really enjoyed playing the Pre-Stampede Tuttle course tonight. The added "danger" of the temp. fences a couple weeks each year make playing it a real treat.

By the way. It was decided that starting next week, the Tuttle Tuesdays will be temporarily re-located to Fairmont Park. Yes, we will be playing the newly remodeled full 18 hole course. Stay tuned for details.

Okay so time is set 4:30pm Saturday at Tuttle Creek bring your discs to sell/trade or money to buy aka a swap meet. After its done I know most of us are gonna play a round. The more the better so spread the word

Is there a lost disc forum for Manhattan?
I ended up leaving my brand new MVP Vector on the fairway of #9 at Warner this weekend. It has a ridiculous dyemax picture of my cat on the front, so hard to miss. :(
If anyone happens to come across it, I would gladly pay for shipping to Kansas City. Thanks.

I haven't heard of anyone yet, but that's not saying much b/c I'm not from that part of the state. There are a bunch of DFOKers from down ther though. Some even live down there this summer (K-State students)

btw they did freashly mow everything but the did not mow to the short placement on hole 5 everything else is pretty awesome...... and Thad did a good job with the mulch
