Basket height changes would make a lot of people happy (and keep me from putting so terribly when I go elsewhere!). If I'm not out at Hornings on Saturday I'll be helping you at lunchtime.
Ryan Gwillim March 16, 2011 at 12:13am
I might stop by for a few minutes if I don't have anything going on. We'll see how things shape up.
Dan Brown March 15, 2011 at 9:36pm
yeah im gonna stay out of that.. and keep my 2 cents!
we're gonna be working at lunchtime on saturday. we should be able to get some of the baskets hights down. love to have you come out and give up your 2 cents. and maybe take some pictures? oh and i'd love to have that picture of me from stubb... you know the one. i read your thing a while back and want to follow the rules. thanks man
Ryan Gwillim March 15, 2011 at 9:10pm
Yeah, that's all it'll take. I don't even so much mind the current baskets, they catch my putts just fine, what irks me is that they are all different heights. Some of them are at least 2 feet above regulation. I heard about the Wortman tourney. I've been there when it's been muddy, so I have an idea of what you're talking about. It's too bad. Terry's a nice guy and some of the criticism he's getting on the forum seems a bit beyond constructive.
Dan Brown March 15, 2011 at 8:54pm
haha! is that all its gonna take? the church did mention the possibillity of new baskets and adding the 2 temps from ice bowl! but first it'll be new teepads on 10 long, 11, and 12 long.
i must say, i do feel blessed to have Lunchtime after playing wortman on sunday... WTF!
Ryan Gwillim March 13, 2011 at 11:32pm
You get some real baskets in and I'll actually start playing here.
Kyle Rakoz March 13, 2011 at 11:25pm
Sweet.
Vince Epker March 13, 2011 at 10:23am
Next will be stairs up to teepad #1, a bridge across the gap on #9, and who knows what else....lol.

Are you responsible for how great Lunchtime looks right now? Lots of clean up happened, there are natural benches around the course now... what's next? New tee pads? New baskets? New holes? Who knows... keep up the great work and let us know if you do any more work parties.

Hey all DGODS!! Superbowl Sunday round at Horning's Hideout is also Trey's 18th Birthday. If you know Trey he is a hard working , fun loving, great guy to be around. Be sure to come out and show this KID the love, He will be embarrassed to say it himself, but I know he will love all the good wishes from all his new friends. See you ALL out there, and once again BIG thanks to Scott Hill for running this event. This will become a Superbowl Tradition in the Epker house for sure!!
