THIS IS A NOTICE TO EVERYONE, Wickes woods baskets have been pulled for winter. They have put out highlighted posts instead, but the gates are closed and you will have to walk from the road if you should choose to go here.

Hole 15 has been repaired, The missing chain was replaced and all the chains were remounted properly. We currently have a metal "band" for the inner ring that will eventually be replaced with a proper ring.

Dont forget Aug 24 is the deadline to register for the State Championship. After that date your berth will no longer be honored. Remind your friends.

This is to all the club member's, player's, and the casual's of Discgolf it wasn't Mobile Birdie idea to step-on the clubs toes by holding our touranment at Freeland's & Chippewa Banks course. We where in a rush to get one going and didn't properly go throught the right motion to get one started. Opportunity for State Berths at Sanford this Friday, June 15th. If you've played Sanford leagues twice, it costs $10, once is $15, none yet, then $20. Check it out under Events on the Sanford Lake course page.

Being a "dog" from Grand Rapids, I was sniffing around for a tourney and noticed a "red herring" on the DGS site regarding directions. You might get the DGS guys to fix it. My comment on the course and tourney pages was this.
The "Driving directions" on the Course page and the "Get directions" on the About page for the upcoming tourney get you to a credit union in Mt. Pleasant. The following URL is copied from the "update course info" page for this course. It looks good.

Hey all ... I think we are good to go to start the Monday Night League at the Jungle (Sanford) 5/9 the course is drier than any others locally and the park should be open late enough. Remember car pool in .... meet at the Rail Trail parking lot then group up to save cash ...I am still negotiating for reduced park entry rates for League nights ... but until then Car Pool
